The storage was adequate for the 2 weeks I stored my belongings but I've been charged for 2.5 months since getting my stuff out. I've called the office only to be hung up on. I've emailed numerous times to have the office gal, Dakota, say she will resolve the issue that day and speak to the owners but the issue is still occurring and I am being charged every month on my credit card. I have requested the owners contact me to resolve the issue only to be met with silence.
Self storage with easy 24 hr access and great customer service!!!
Great facility - my unit was super clean. The owners were easy to communicate with and the prices were very good. I'll definitely be using them again!
