I love Dr Kremer. She is kind and compassionate but also very smart. She wants the best for her patients and tells you that.
I called today, looking for a new primary care physician - the receptionist/nurse that answered the phone. Horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible. I wasn't even sure if it was a business when I called, no professional greeting either. I decided to go elsewhere. Do better
