Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Dr. Gurwin answered all my questions thoroughly and my procedure was quick and painless :D
Dr. Vora was very thorough and explained every detail of my cataract surgery. She is extremely knowledgeable and I can definitely recommend her. I wouldn't recommend anyone if I am not confident in their capabilities. Having trust in someone to care for your eyes is an extremely personal choice and doctors here and staff is wonderful.
This place is incredibly unprofessional. First, I called in to set up and appointment and was greeted by a woman who spoke like a robot and continuously messed up her end of the conversation and would laugh like a maniac every time she messed up. The earliest I was able to get an appointment was over a month out and that was just for a preliminary appointment. The appointment day finally came up and I received a text in the afternoon to file some paperwork online to get the appointment started quicker which I filled out righ... read more
