Doctor Vora is excellent . Modifying an appointment is terrible. Hard to get through on the phone to the office.
My experience started off extremely rough with the receptionist. I was upset ,humiliated and frustrated and just about to walk out the door . However there was an assistant who wears glasses who was very accommodating and helpful. Then after sitting in with the doctor she was very nice and compassionate toward me and my son. Then when I had to schedule another appointment I was grateful that Ms. Carr step in to help us. When she step in to be honest between the assistant, the doctor and Ms.Carr it felt like a big hug.
