I had a very bad experience a few years ago at this office. Dr. Kramer did not perform the procedure (crown) on me but a dentist filling in from his second office did along with another assistant who actually did the beginning work of placing the crown on permanently. Having difficulty the other dentist began to shove this crown in my mouth that obviously did not fit correctly after several attempts to adjust and force the crown in. The dental staff is nice and their work is ok, but their financial side is sloppy. Even when you call ahead of time, you never know if you’ll be walking out the door paying $25 or $450. You will pay your last bill and then they will say you didn’t pay it, or they will forget to put a charge on that you were quoted for and you will have to remind them to charge you. Spoke with the office manager Deanna about 2 weeks ago. She is a very rude and judgmental character. I was trying to talk through payment options with her and felt nothing but judgement from her. That’s shameful. Not everyone can afford everything they need at once. Definitely will not be speaking to her again about anything.

This office is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Called to ask about some paperwork only to be given the worst attitude and be hung up on! Best Dentist in Chico?? Must be self proclaimed.. Terrible way to treat your patients. Do better and check your shitty attitude at the door. Maybe learn how to adapt and deal with your "changes" in your office in a more healthy productive manner.
