Spoke with the office manager Deanna about 2 weeks ago. She is a very rude and judgmental character. I was trying to talk through payment options with her and felt nothing but judgement from her. That’s shameful. Not everyone can afford everything they need at once. Definitely will not be speaking to her again about anything.
I am so greatful to have found Kremer Dental at Philadelphia Square. Everyone is kind, patient, extremely skilled, and experts in the art of Dentistry. Thank you!
This office is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Called to ask about some paperwork only to be given the worst attitude and be hung up on! Best Dentist in Chico?? Must be self proclaimed.. Terrible way to treat your patients. Do better and check your shitty attitude at the door. Maybe learn how to adapt and deal with your "changes" in your office in a more healthy productive manner.
I have always liked Kremer Dental. Now I go to the Philadelphia Square office. The staff is courteous and caring. My hygienist is amazing! She is efficient, thorough and does an excellent cleaning. I can highly recommend going to Kremer.
