My first call they hung up on me. My second call, they immediately put me on hold. I held for 20 mins. They never came back. I will try a different doctor.
Started with dr brad , years ago when he was with springport down the road,,and I can't get an appointment with him, now mind you I have had 3 different nurse practitioners, in a very short time, 2 were very good, but my last visit the new one was not very compassionate, over the years I have had , copd , diabetes, and cancer, not once have I been scene by the doc himself, one of the reasons I started with him, was he was not affiliated with henry Ford, I really like the doctor, but I am really disappointed with his affiliat... read more
Called the office today my husband is a patent at the office and has been for more then a couple years. I asked if I could be seen an become a patent there as well... the lady stated they are not accepting new patent right now..... I asked even thought my husband is.... she says NO! Trying to get away from Henery Ford and get this when looking for a new doctor! Thanks!!!
