just went to this office with my Fiance and I will say I am thrilled. they are caring and polite and the PA was amazing and really listened to our concerns 10/10 recommend.
My first call they hung up on me. My second call, they immediately put me on hold. I held for 20 mins. They never came back. I will try a different doctor.
Started with dr brad , years ago when he was with springport down the road,,and I can't get an appointment with him, now mind you I have had 3 different nurse practitioners, in a very short time, 2 were very good, but my last visit the new one was not very compassionate, over the years I have had , copd , diabetes, and cancer, not once have I been scene by the doc himself, one of the reasons I started with him, was he was not affiliated with henry Ford, I really like the doctor, but I am really disappointed with his affiliat... read more
