Justin was very professional and clear in the work I need to do for my Knee injury!
I normally do not post negatively but this is a one off that is super frustrating. I book an appointment after the holidays Dec 30th and 1st available appointment for new patient is Jan 9th I take it I'm desperate with my back issue/pain. I did call around for other offices but most were closed or nothing available. I always have the best experience going to Krell wellness in college heights!! From acupuncture with Dana, prolotherapy with Dr.Tanner and chiropractor/orthotics/ shockwave treatments from Dr.Davis I always leave feeling great and cared for! 10/10 recommend any treatment or service :) The front end staff are also fantastic and cheerful every time I go in!
I didn’t know what to expect at my appointment with Justin today, but I am so happy that I took the recommendation from my chiropractor to go to him for dry needling. I was impressed by the Depth of the assessment done on various aspects of the chronic pain that I’ve been having in my upper body And the great explanation of what he and the amazing student he had shadowing him thought what was going on in my body.
