*** ******* is unbelievably hard to work with and very rude. I hate that I can't make my payments to any other law firm. My first encounter with him involved him screaming at me over the phone. When you have questions about your account or balance he talks down on you as if the situation isn't already enough of an inconvenience. I can't wait until I no longer have to conduct business with this man/company.
