We have been with Krein Development for 10 yrs now & from getting us into a place when we were relocating to Siloam Springs from North Little Rock in 2015 to maintenance, grounds keeping, management, customer service, etc. we would not rent from anyone else. They have the best staff all around & care about their properties & residents. Highly recommend!!!
Apartment was adequate, but could definitely see where maintenence had cheaped out. Plus in the end they kept $200 out of my deposit for little paint touch up, a door jam and light bulb. Would have originally recommended but not after this.
