I took my chainsaw in and one of the young men (all are sons of Mr Kreider, from some little guys to older teenagers!) Immediately helped me and fixed it right then in there. His name is Justus. Can't be more than 14. Such a professional attitude also. I was super impressed. And didn't charge me hardly anything. I highly recommend this place.
Always very good and accurate at knowing the problem before they start replacing parts on equipment. Honest and reliable customer care. I have been a customer for over 17 yrs.

I have never written a review ever, but I feel I must now. Their place is a bit of the beaten path, but well worth the trip. Don't let the young voice on the other end of the line worry you, he knows exactly what he's doing. These folks keep you informed of what is going on with your repair, they work directly with the manufacture if necessary, and get your repairs completed quickly. Most importantly, they are honest and care about what they are doing.
