I hired Kregg Frey Lawn Service back in 2021. They did a great job while I was there that summer. They continued to do work for us up until spring of 2023. I was unaware that they were not doing the grass as I live out of state. My sister was handling the account. I didn't know that that they were not cutting the grass any longer. Totally UNRELIABLE. Doesn’t show up, then when we call, the owner is annoyed and says “I have a full time job you know.” We’ve called and texted him today and he hasn’t replied, and our driveway still isn’t done at 9:52 am. The previous snow fall we had, he didn’t show and we called. When he came he was very angry.
Came 2x and was supposed to be weekly, they were never consistent and they didn't show up when I called numerous times and never replied back to see when they would be here next just completely stopped showing up and no responses to my texts or phone calls VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
Snow plowing and yard maintenance: yard maintenance is great. There was an issue with not plowing my mother’s driveway, but they responded after 36 hours, apologized, and fixed the problem.
Not professional at all. I paid for snow plow they never came to plow but charged me half of the money I paid. Then when we tried to get the other half of my money they took their time responded and still haven't gotten my cash back! My husband called them and they were so nasty!!
