I highly recommend for all lawn care services ! They are very great with mowing/trimming lawns and the young man that always shows up with Kregg does an amazing job with trimming and making sure that it is meticulously maintained and done the correct way ! Whoever that young man is needs a raise ! 10/10 service especially with weed whack / trimming from the young man !
Only thing he’s good at is cashing a check. Rarely showed up during a winter where it snowed continuously. The few times he did, he left large piles of snow in the driveway, didn’t plow the length or width of the driveway making it impossible to get in or out. I had to shovel and the chisel thick ice from the driveway, daily, due to his incompetence. He piled up snow next to the mailbox when I had asked him to push the snow to the other side. I hired Kregg Frey Lawn Service back in 2021. They did a great job while I was there that summer. They continued to do work for us up until spring of 2023. I was unaware that they were not doing the grass as I live out of state. My sister was handling the account. I didn't know that that they were not cutting the grass any longer. Totally UNRELIABLE. Doesn’t show up, then when we call, the owner is annoyed and says “I have a full time job you know.” We’ve called and texted him today and he hasn’t replied, and our driveway still isn’t done at 9:52 am. The previous snow fall we had, he didn’t show and we called. When he came he was very angry.
