Very bad customer service. Emailed asking for a specific needs tool to be recommended. Jenny, the customer service team member, responded with a recommendation promptly. I then proceeded to look into it and it is the opposite of what I said I needed. I asked to speak with someone else multiple times and her response was "we do not have what you need". Customer service was so easy great company will buy from again. Great product and support. BTW I’m in Canada thanks for the support usually I get passed off to a Canadian branch

I just had one of the best customer service experiences. I have a Kreg Router Table and I needed a couple of replacement nylon glides. I thought I was going to have to buy a complete block assembly, but a very short call (approx. 4 minutes) with Customer Service (an actual person) and they had a set of glides ordered for me.

I was called regarding a job from Megan Crawford who was so rude and condescending that u had to hang up on her.
