Nice and a quiet place to live, most of the roads have been repaired. Maintenance of your home and lot is the home owners responsibility. Landlord is kind and willing to work with you.

No fire hydrants.No security lights.Roads and sewage pipes in dire need of repair.Beautiful property if properly maintained.
