This doctor has since retired but he was absolutely the best. Even though he knew my occupation in health care he did what he supposed to do, explain everything. He has a lot of integrity, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I really wish he would still practice because he is the best doctor I've ever had.
Receptionist was very courteous and helpful. Wish I could say the same thing about Dr. Krebs. This was the worst experience I've ever had! Of course I have questions about symptoms I am having and he had no answers for anything. Said that problems with the throat could sometimes cause the symptoms I was having (tinnitus) and wanted to run a scope down my throat. I asked him for more detail about what kind of throat issues before I would let him stick a scope down my throat and he said again, I simply wouldn't understand and ... read more
Kind, caring physician who took all the time I needed to solve my medical problem. Highly recommended.
I have seen Dr. Krebs for years. He has always been knowledgable and confident in his diagnosis. I also have a ruptured eardrum that if there's a problem will see me immediately. He and his staff are professional and timely.
I saw Dr. Krebs for some pain I was having in my ears and nose. He looked inside a little and told me I needed a CT scan. I went. When I returned he said he thought I had chronic sinusitis but wasn't sure. He asked me if I wanted surgery. NO. I mean...do I need surgery or not. Don't ask me if I'm interested in surgery...you're the doctor! He never warned me that the CT scan would cost me $1500 after my insurance paid their part. A little heads up would have been nice. He then asked me if I wanted to see a neurologist. Why? D... read more
Dr krebs mocked me in the office and after my tonsil and adenoid removal my tongue had a large cut that he didn't seem to know anything about. Now my throat is uneven and looks like someone just hacked at it. Anytime I see a Dr and they look in my throat they grimace and say, "You've definitly had some rough surgeries in there"
I went to this doctor hoping he could help me with my problem which was a perforated eardrum in one ear and ringing in the other. I had to ask him three times if the eardrum was perforated before he would answer me. He kept saying the problem is we do not have any history on your ears. He asked how rupture happened and I told him I did not know but had read that sneezing or coughing coud rupture the eardrum. And he rudely answered, "well if that were the case we would all have ruptured eardurms. He had me pinch my nose toget... read more
