So after 10,000 miles on my Specialized Tarmac, I figured it was time for an overhaul. I dropped the bike off at Kreb Cycle, and they replaced all my cables & housings, rear deraileur hanger, brake pads,replaced the chain, trued the wheels, replaced rear wheel bearings, cleaned the entire bike. On the Kreb Shop Ride today I felt I was riding a new bike. Shifting was precise, the braking was great, and overall the bike handed flawlessly. Thanks to Greg, Chris, Don, and Roger for their fine craftsmanship.

My wife ordered a gift certificate for Christmas & they realized it wouldnt be here in time via U.S. mail. So what did they do? They went above & beyond to hand deliver it to our house, from Bellport to Kings Park. Exemplary! This what good Customer Service is all about. Prost!
I traveled 75 miles to purchase my bike from Chris. This is my second purchase. The Kreb Cycle has a great staff, who are knowledgeable about their products. I own two awesome bikes, and will definitely see Chris when I am ready for my next bike. Thanks for all your help and time you spent with me.
