Scammed my elderly mother out of thousands of dollars for a website that doesn't exist
My experience with Kreative Marketing was disappointing to say the least. The selection and ordering process lacked guidance and clarity. When I misunderstood the sales person they responded with angry messages YELLING at me for my mistake. Thankfully they suggested we terminate the job and refunded our money (collected before getting approval on the digital sample). That was followed by a threatening email. Honestly one of the best companies I’ve worked with since we’ve been in business. Not just in the marketing industry but in general. The communication is spot on, the customer service is always professional and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do and care about their customers. Do you want a quality product AND exceptional customer service? Kreative Marketing is the company you want to work with!!! I worked with Michelle at Kreative Marketing and placed an order that was sent to their vendor to fill. When the product came back it wasn't quite right.
