Our contractor used Kreative Kamaaina as a subcontractor to install “some” blinds in our commercial space. I’m hesitant to provide a review but figured it’s helpful from my point of view. 5/5 for remedying problems and communicating a date set to come by. 3/5 for the added emotional digging on me during the whole process from Kreative Kamaaina. Today is October 5, 2022 and I have made at least 6 calls trying to get an appointment with Creative Kamaaina to repair a cord that snapped and needs to be replaced. No one answers so I left messages 6 times and thus far, no one has called me back! Are they still in business and if so, how can a business not call a customer back?! Is that any way to run a business? Kreative Kamaaina finally called me back and an appointment was made. They are very nice and hopefully, I will get good results so I can upgrade the rating.

Naomi and her team at KK are great! Professional, friendly, and great problem solvers. They will return your phone calls and emails quickly. I was able to get my blinds at a good price, good quality, and in a timely fashion! When we had a couple hiccups, no problem, right away solutions were found. I will use them again, and recommend to others!
