I highly recommend Kreative Image. Kevin guided me through the process. It was stress free from the beginning. I was very cost conscious, but Kreative did great work and they offered a price far lower than the two or three other companies I checked out. I also chose Kevin and Kreative because I have a teacher friend who has had 3 to 5 cars worked on by these guys, and they come highly recommended. 100% Highly recommend this body shop! Awesome customer service: from the estimate to completed work, response time was quick, and any follow up questions were also answered same day. Body work: stellar…my car looked like it came right off the showroom floor. I could not have been happier! Cost: estimate was half the cost of the first shop I visited. Don’t go here if you have any REAL damage. They seem to only do minor fixes. I got recommended to go here by someone trusted. Met with Kevin, also made sure to bring my dad who has been in auto body/mechanical work for over 40 years. Our family is very invested in cars and always had been. Unfortunately we have to get all of our work done by other untrusted people out here after moving from a different state and not having the space or time to do it ourselves. Do not go here if you've been in an accident. Go with your insurance suggested company. They didn't even replace my door handle when they allegedly replaced the entire door. The day I got it back, the door wouldn't even unlock My window came loose, and I reached out to Kevin, and he ignored me. My current shop told me the installation was done badly & the interior of the door and Windows regulator are crooked - just like these guys. My bad for not going with an insurance suggested place.
