I ordered a custom frame this company in July for a 3 inch wide frame 24*36. I was told a 2 week timeframe and that since he had a free shipping policy on Etsy he would honor it. So I expected to receive my frame in a couple weeks. I finally received my frame on September 13 and it is not even close to fitting my metal wall art.
