Designer listened to my needs and wants and asked me to come in because she was thinking of changing the layout I initially thought. It was so much better and I'm thankful that she placed my needs above what I was saying I wanted. The design was prepared a lot faster than expected! Installation is out a few months but we're hard pressed to find skilled workers in this area. I am thinking of hiring for my bathroom too.
After waiting 4 weeks for a design and proposal, we met with them and they "FORGOT" about all we talked about for the complete job...INCOMPETENCE and RUDE.
