Had my first system in my first car installed here. The absolute worst install experience I've had. Nice people that are assuring and convincing, who like to take you for a ride and rip you off. They installed used speakers, used amps, and random cheap wiring used for power, speaker wires, RCA cables, crappy fuse install, shit ground install. Broke multiple interior trim in my car. I took my daughter's car to install a new stereo this people claimed to know what they are doing. Well they don't they told me my car antenna was not working which it was fine when I took to their shop now I can't listen to the radio because they broke the wires for the antenna DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP
Not impressed so far. We have to return a third day because nothing is operating right. The vehicle has been in their possession for 16 hrs. (8 on a Monday and another 8 on a Saturday) sounds like we have to return again.
Really appreciate how patient and knowledgeable they were fixing a mistake made by another place on my 2014 Honda Odyssey. Both gentlemen who helped were very professional and had great customer service.
