Working with Kreativ Design and Protech team on my café fit-out was a fantastic experience from start to finish. One of the things I appreciated most was how seamless they made the entire process. After providing them with the key, I barely needed to visit the site. They handled the measurements, coordinated directly with the building manager, and managed everything on my behalf, which saved me a significant amount of time and stress. They installed joinery at my premises that is sharp, unfinished and has holes in it. The bathroom toilet partitions were not made with MR particleboard and the partitions have swollen and screws popped out before we have even opened (which we cant open because they have not got OC- 1. the waterproofing is not compliant 2. they "forgot to install" the lighting in the kitchen. Just for sanity have added some photos in her to validate just how terrible they are These guys are not geninue, honest or trustworthy.
