Excellent experience. I have had such trauma from dentists in the past , I have to say it was a very pleasant visit today Viv was so lovely gentle and patient. I'm pleased to say this is my new dentist and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Hi, I recently had my niece visit Kreativ Dental. She was very anxious and a little frightened about visiting as she had not seen a dentist for sometime. I spoke to Narelle the receptionist , and she was very caring and accommodating to our needs. Narelle reassured her everything would be just fine and was very caring and supportive. I came to this clinic last year to have some urgent work done under a voucher. The experience itself was a nightmare. The dentist was leaving the clinic that week and decided to essentially torture the patients coming in that week. I left with lockjaw and continual issues. Since then, ALL of the work I had done by this dentist has cracked, fallen apart or simply not taken to the teeth. Great service
Great experience for a person that has a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist. They did what I needed without trying to pressure me into extra requirements. Will definitely return to them. Comfortable, relaxed environment.
