I needed same day flowers delivered to an area that frequently does not get delivery’s and Sandy with Kreations by Kathy provided excellent customer service and assisted with a beautiful arrangement for same day delivery! Sandy also provided guidance for flower delivery in this area going forward! Kreations by Kathy will be my local florist for all my floral arrangement needs in this area! Thank you Sandy!
They did not make what I ordered and then then Kathy just wanted to argue about my arrangement poor Customer Service I’ll never use these people again. I did not get what I ordered. I was embarrassed by my flowers that they made.!
My sister's BD was yesterday at Magnolia Estates and out of town friends sent her the most gorgeous flowers from Kathy's. They called us to say how WONDERFUL Kathy was. TY
