Nobody bothers to call you back, I enquired about modifications and multiple times they told me someone will call back, but no one did.
I went there to inquire about a chopper motorcycle 🏍, not buying but asking about....well George the owner was so helpful, answering all my questions, there was no sale involved BUT he took the time to help me understand what I wanted,...you don't receive that kind of help in business everyday, the experience was informative, courteous and friendly, one I'll never forget, when I'm ready to buy I'll be seeing 👀 Kreator first, thanks George
I had a really bad experience with this motorcycle shop. My brother recently had his motorcycle customized by them, and within a week, he had an accident because the handle grip came loose. He spent $13,000 on this customization, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. When we talked to the shop about this dangerous issue, they were unapologetic and not helpful at all.
