Our family has worked with Kreamer and Lum Funeral home in Jonestown for several family members, most recently my father. As always, we were treated with professionalism, kindness, organization, resourcefulness and flexibility. Their excellent and thorough service always makes losing a loved one just a bit easier. Attention to detail, good troubleshooting and extensive knowledge are part of the experience when patronizing this local business.

ONE STAR (out of five) The funeral service went well and the facility was very nice, BUT... Administrative services were highly unsatisfactory (If duties of Director had been done in proper order, and in a timely fashion, many of these mistakes could've been avoided): 1) Original obituary notice posted the wrong time/day/date for the funeral. Couldn't be more pleased with the profesional service, and personal compassion shown by Steve Lum. Steve guided me through a very difficult time. I highly recommend Kreamer & Lum.
