M daughter's hair was cut and styled at a different salon, but she was not satisfied with the result. I advised her to get it corrected at a different salon. She met with Nicole as a walk-in and told her to come back 7 pm after telling her what happened at the other salon ealier that afternoon. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I made my appointment for a Friday evening and I put it in my calendar while on the phone with her. She sounded super nice and accommodating. However, when I came to the salon for my appointment and followed her instructions no one was there and she proceeded to tell me my appointment was supposed to be on Wednesday.
