My hot water tank stopped supplying hot water on 12/19. They called a guy out the next day, which was a Saturday. He came and lit the pilot light, I told him that it would go out since I did that already. He then noticed water coming from the control valve and said they would order a replacement part. I never heard back from them on Monday so I called in the late afternoon, to find they hadnt even ordered the part and said it wouldn't be in till after the holiday. Was a pleasant experience initially, friendly staff and speedy business, but repairs have not lasted. Have been charged hundreds of dollars for repairs, all of which have broke within six months-one year of repair. Called again for one fix (shower drain coming undone) and explained it broke soon after they initially fixed it, was still charged $300, and it broke again. Going with someone else, I want actual fixes not short term repairs.
Installed everything in my new home, now it's 2yrs later & I have a problem. Called them and they came down the same day and repaired my issue.. great company!
Shout out to these guys, another company told me in the dead of winter the part I needed was 6 weeks out they told me to go buy space heaters til then. Next day I called KRD 20 minutes they were at my house taking pictures 2 hours later they were back with the part I needed.
