The facility is very nice and the staff is helpful. It has nice amenities that as new tenant we’ve not fully explored. ***Please be mindful to request your lease ahead of your move in date, there is a lack of fee transparency. The original breakdown given is not what will show up on the lease. The “security deposit” will actually be non-refundable fees. The apartment itself is sunny and very nice.
