Very unhappy with the tour i took here a few days ago. The community looked pretty messy and un kept the trash compactor had a nasty grimy look to it with furniture and trash laying on the ground. I think the community is under construction but ut looks like the completion of whatever theyre fixing is not being prioritized. The facility is very nice and the staff is helpful. It has nice amenities that as new tenant we’ve not fully explored. ***Please be mindful to request your lease ahead of your move in date, there is a lack of fee transparency. The original breakdown given is not what will show up on the lease. The “security deposit” will actually be non-refundable fees. The apartment itself is sunny and very nice.
