I’ve been a resident for more than 10 years. And it’s been great experience living at KRC Reserve, Carolina, Fabian and Daniel are absolutely awesome, very kind, helpful, and always responsive. They make sure maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The maintenance team is also very helpful.
The maintenance team here is always reliable and goes the extra mile. I recently had a clogged drain, and they responded right away. They showed up the same day, were very respectful and efficient, and made sure everything was completely fixed before leaving. What really impressed me was how thorough they were and how much they cared that I was happy with the outcome. It’s great knowing the maintenance staff is truly dedicated to keeping residents comfortable and well taken care of.
I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The staff is always responsive and helpful. Recently, my A/C stopped working, and I thought I’d be stuck in the heat for a while, but it was replaced the very next day! I was really impressed with how quickly they took care of it. Very satisfied with the service
