We have had absolutely the WORST and most frustrating experience with KRB Appliance. We had to use them through our home warranty company, and they were contacted to install our dishwasher. After the they installed the dishwasher, we noticed that the whole unit rocked every time the door was opened. We called KRB with our concerns and they sent a technician to look at it. Technician came to look at refrigerator, had no clue what was wrong with it. Took the back panel off put it back on and charged $145 for nothing. Don't waste your time with this company. I called Doug's appliance repair and they fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost within 2 visits - 1st visit to diagnose, 2nd visit with replacement part.
Terrible. The fix on my dryer lasted about 30 minutes - just long enough for him to leave. When I called to inform him, it was all attitude. I consider it as an $180 donation. They will never see another penny of my money. Absolutely the worst.
