Drove all the way down here only for them to be closed... The time says open till 4pm and they just arent open its 2:30pm very disappointed.
The place is messy, disorganised. The pricing 'structure' is ridiculous with all items in the store being sold for the same price on a given day ($10 per item on the day I was there) regardless of the actual value of the item. You're not allowed to open the boxes, so I get home to find one of the items I bought is damaged and the other is so filthy I don't even want to use it. This place is definitely not worth a return trip.
Today we went in this store and employees are rude, even the Store Manager, they don't have customer service skills. These people at Arab people who dont have skills in Customer relation. They need to hire people who are competent, experience and good communication skills. We are not yet done in our shopping, an Arab employee guy asked me to pay right away! Really??? Wouldn’t recommend, lots of junk. The lady/man with the black dreads shouldn’t be working somewhere with customer service when she clearly has none to give.
