Excellent! First time customer. Was referred by other Jeepers. Walked in w/ a laundry list of items the Dealership said was “wrong” with my Jeep. Staff there were very nice and honest about what actually needed replacing. Quick, reasonably priced service and no sales tactics. Will 100% be using Krawl1960 for all my Jeep needs in the future.

Krawl 1960 is hands down one of the best Jeep shops in the area. This was my second time at the shop. I had some loose steering and vibration when driving over bumps. I had been told by another shop that I needed to replace my current lift and front steering components. Turns out, I just had a loose bolt. Five minutes later, I'm all good.
