The place si confortable,very nice
We enjoyed seeing Derek Hough, and I must say the seemed chaos of picking up our car from valet, was very smooth. It took maybe 10-15 minutes, despite the thousands of people doing the same. It’s a beautiful venue.
Kravis is a great local venue to be able to see shows typically available only in NYC. Parking is free, the theater is lovely and the staff always pleasant and attentive. I'm not sure about the comments regarding "not being able to see the show", as I have never experienced anything of the kind.
It takes over an hour to get out of parking garage after shows. multiple fender benders. It takes up to an hour to park. Very stressful. we have had season tickets for years. no more, going to maltz in Jupiter. even ushers say it's terrible parking here.
Return promoters phone calls and you will get good shows, that aren’t playing your room.
The staff is terrible and yell at you. They sell seats where u can’t even see the show and refuse to give you back your money before the show eve started.
The staff is incredibly rude when it comes to refunding seats based on the not being able to see the show at all.
