I TOOK MY FAMILY TO SEE THE MIMIA CITY BALLET NUTCRACKER WE REALLY ENJOYED THE PERFORMANCE THE USHERS WAS OUTSTANDING ON GETTING YOU TO YOUR SEATS COULDN'T HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB.
I've been here about 10 times watching plays and opera's. Christmas tradition to see the Nutcracker. Always a great experience. Fun to dress up too.
Great Nutcracker show by Miami City ballet! The Kravis center is beautiful and very convenient with food and drinks on each level! Only one is she and that was with the lack of parking. Great job by the volunteers! They were just as impressive as down in Fort Lauderdale!
PARENTS OF BABIES: BEWARE! Great intimate spot to see the Rudolph performance. The production was fun for my 4 year old daughter. What I did not know was that Kravis requires a $5 ticket for my 8 month old lap infant. We were turned away at the door and told to go buy a ticket. The box office then told us they are not selling the $5 lap tickets for "this performance" and that we had to purchase a $35(!!!) ticket for my infant that wouldn't even be watching the show. Rudolph was excellent. Seats were spacious...you don't feel like you are sitting in your neighbor's lap.

Great venue. Well run, simply stellar in all aspects of the arts! Saw AN AMERICAN IN PARIS recently and it was A+ / Fabulous.
My experience wasn't great based solely on the customer service I received when I called with a question. A woman sounded like she was reading from a script and repeatedly didn't answer the question I asked. It was maddening. Made me not even want to attend the event.
This is one of the greatest venues for a show or concert that I have seen. Not sure there is a bad seat in the house and the sound is perfect. Just saw The Beach Boys and it was one of the best I have ever attended.
