N A N C Y she’s the absolute sweetest and was very informative. She’s patient and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I will highly recommend her to all my friends and family members. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. I’ll be back for sure!
Elena is wonderful. She knows every product and treatment that would be beneficial for your skin. I went in for a Carbon Laser Peel that I purchased off of Groupon and was very glad I went. During my procedure Elena brought up a concern on my upper lip that could be cause of concern and recommended that I see a dermatologist to have a look. She was the only reason I called my dermatologist the next day and sure enough it was a pre-cancerous spot that they treated right then. I visited Krave about a month ago. I've been a longtime client but for various reasons it had been quite a while since I had been in. I'm happy to say that my last appointment was great from start to finish. I had a rather lengthy procedure done which involved some downtime but I think that the results are going to be really good. Everyone that works there is very professional and I was comfortable the entire time. I am looking forward to going back for other services in the future. Definitely would recommend.
