Fantastic experience with Krave. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the quality of work is top-notch. Ashton was great — her build recommendations were spot on and the whole team did an amazing job. Great communication throughout, clean work, couldn't be happier. I can only recommend them!
Careful with online orders: bought cross bars on order for a roof top tent. Nearly two months later no estimate on delivery, I had to buy an alternative to go on two trips. Krave opted to charge a 15% restocking fee for a brand new item they haven’t even received yet, which I got on sale, and which they can resell full price when it arrives. Quoted all sorts of fine prints to justify it. Never ordering online from them again.
These guys helped me a ton. They went above and beyond with warranty issues when the manufacturer chose not to help me at all.
The guys at Krave are the best in the industry and stand behind the products they sell and the work they do. I have been dealing with them for years when they first built my 2019 Tacoma, then my fully built 2019 4Runner and now my 2020 Tundra. Wouldn't consider another shop if you are into building any platform of adventure rig from mild to wild, this team of experts will get you what you need!
My dear old 2007 4Runner Limited was in bad need of attention. The X-REAS shocks were toast, front brakes grinding on metal and some front end parts were seized up. KRAVE came to the rescue and did an excellent job with all repairs needed using high quality parts. Their front desk service personnel and work bay service guys were highly professional, courteous and friendly.
