It’s great that you guys are busy doing big builds and cool stuff , however it’s a shame that you seem to have forgotten or don’t care about the average customer that Just needs regular service or maintenance repair work done on their Toyotas that Krave use to pride themselves in doing and did really well. Had bought suspension products from them a little while ago, bought it in peices to fit my needs. Came to finally put it together and nothing was working. Rhianna was super helpful, very knowledgeable and resourceful to advise, suggest and recommended a solution to make my needs be met without having to start from scratch.
Awesome staff
I bought the westcott design pre load collar lift and recovery hooks. First the Westcott kit. I ordered black anodized and expected a 6 week turn around, at the most. I contacted customer service when time was ticking and almost cancelled out of impatience. Luckily, Rihanna in customer service took over. She immediately followed up and explained a delay due to the anodizing had occured.
