Awesome staff
I bought the westcott design pre load collar lift and recovery hooks. First the Westcott kit. I ordered black anodized and expected a 6 week turn around, at the most. I contacted customer service when time was ticking and almost cancelled out of impatience. Luckily, Rihanna in customer service took over. She immediately followed up and explained a delay due to the anodizing had occured. I’ve had a great experience with Krave Automotive. Their customer support has been excellent throughout the process. They’ve done a great job keeping me informed regarding backordered items. They were also able to include products that were ordered separately in the original order to help reduce shipping charges.
