Have attended about a year. Jennifer does a great job explaining and demonstrating the techniques. She has many years experience in multiple martial arts. Her emphasis is on techniques that actually work in real life, which I appreciate. Have had many yrs experience in Tae Kwon Do but Jennifer's instruction has really diversified my martial arts.
