Krause Rental Properties is a great rental company with excellent communication skills and has always been fair with me.
Jazzma is super friendly and is always willing to go the extra mile! So helpful in every way you can tell that she takes a real pride in her work.
Would not recommend renting from this property. Property manager was rude and uncooperative. Did not fix appliances satisfactory after several requests. Excessive expenses applies upon move out. Property manager contradicted fellow employee's agreement to accept parking pass late which may result in a $50.00 fee.
