I've been dealing with Krause Monument in Viroqua, Wi. for a few months now trying to get the $50. back that I overpaid for plastic "vaults". I was told by Paula in Viroqua that the price of a vault was $75. Along with the order placed for the headstone I paid for 2 plastic vaults for the ashes for a total of $150. Due to a misunderstanding on Paula's part I had to buy a vault from a funeral home in Reedsburg, Wi.
