Have had a service contract for my HVAC/furnace for 16 years after purchasing it from Krause, along with two water heaters, gas fireplace, install, and other assorted work over the years. Had my annual inspection three weeks ago, Saturday went to turn on the furnace after a cold snap and fan would not come on. Monday morning I called for service as a priority. John and Dan came by to assess our unit. They were very friendly and helpful. They helped us choose a unit based on what we need and not based on them making a profit by selling us a bunch of things we dont need.

This place never disappoint s. Always able to address the biggest issues! I use them for my home and now my mother's place.
