Craig from Krause came out and seemed friendly and listened to our needs. He said he would "put you on the list" and that it might be just a few weeks before they could come out. That was a few months ago and we never heard back.
My granddaughter bought her first house. The man that did the inspection said they needed a new plug for the wall for dryer. Someone from Krause's came out and said the inspector was wrong. Plug was fine. It isn't. She has a brand new dryer and it is not working. Called several times after they were closed for the holidays with no response. Poor professional attitude.
