After more than a year with my unopened sink sitting on a storage shelf I finally opened the box in prep to install tops and noticed an unsightly but very visible dent. Yikes! I called customer service and sent shipping info and a couple pictures. Within 36 hours and no stress a new sink is on the way. Fantastic job Krause. Customer service above and beyond. All the best in my book.

I received excellent service from Jackson at Kraus USA. My faucet had failed and both spray and stream were working at the same time. My new faucet was shipped out quickly and it’s even better than expected! The water pressure is so much better on this model! What a bonus! Kraus is the best! Jennie

Contacted Kraus regarding a failed spray head on Kitchen Tap. I had nothing but stellar support and super effort to make things right. Kraus was able to send me a new spray head in very short order, and I'm very pleased. I will certainly tell others about the good service for sure. A special shout out need to go to Jackson D., he really went out of his way to help. Thanks very much Kraus !!
