Casey Diaz had replacement parts for a defective faucet shipped out to me within a couple of days. Faucet was within warranty and they definitely stand behind their product. Love the faucet. Thanks Kraus!
Kraus' customer service was extremely helpful and got the replacement faucet parts to me quickly. And the parts were easy to replace and are working beautifully.
You would expect some difficulty in trying to replace a faulty faucet. Not in the case with Kraus. Casey was incredible to work with. She listened to the issue and made it a priority to figure out the best solution. We received the new faucet and back up and running. Well done!
