Kraus has one of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS on the planet. First, I was just amazed and thankful to have a human being respond to my phone call when I reached out after I had a problem with my soap dispenser. They efficiently sent me a replacement part to solve my problem after providing them with the requested copy of my purchase receipt. Canadian customer here. Had an issue with a kitchen tap we purchased 2 years ago. Contacted Kraus to order the part required and they had it shipped to me within a week at no charge! They also followed up a week after to ensure that I had received the part and that it indeed fixed the issue. Top notch customer service. We are now Kraus customers for life!
