Had an excellent experience so far with Kraus customer service: I ordered a Kraus sink and disposer on Wayfair and when it arrived there was a small dent inside the sink towards the bottom. Called Kraus customer service and they sent me a replacement that arrived within two days - a brand new sink with all the accessories, in time for my install. Kraus’ customer service is second to none. I couldn’t believe the timely responses to my questions and follow ups just moments after I sent an email. They went out of their way to trouble shoot and replace parts as needed. Our faucet and water pressure have never been better. Kraus customer for life.
Had an issue with a spray head. it was leaking and not functioning properly. I bought a Delta product, but we figured out it was made by Kraus.(they are the commercial side of Delta) Working with the Krause folks was an absolute dream. They responded quickly and had a new product shipped to me right away. Couldn't be happier!
Purchased this touchless kitchen faucet from Home Depot but the nozzle began to peel. Unsure of the warranty i sent a proof of purchase to the manufacture along with pictures and was pleasantly surprised as to the amazing customer service received. Highly recommend, the faucet wasn't cheap and you definitely get what you pay for!
Had to replace a faulty part, but it was difficult to pinpoint if it was the spray nozzle or spray hose that was broken. The first part that was sent out did not solve the problem, so they sent out the second part, free of charge (including shipping costs), which worked.
