We have not been to Kraus on West Tusc in a long time. We where reminded why we havent been there this evening. Personal pizza has correct on label. Pepperoni and hot pepper rings. We received pepperoni and sausage. Food was cold. Meatball sandwich was gross and cold. I can make a better meatball sub at home. How is this place still running.
2 years ago was the best pizza in Canton. Now the absolute worst. I'll never go back.
The change in the crumbled Sausage to a spicy non- crumbled after 30 years of excellent quality & consistency by the new franchisee is very disappointing.
Horrible experience. Family got sick and I messaged them abou it and no response back.
