Kaleigh did an outstanding job installing our Gemstone Lights. She was professional, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The installation was clean, the system works perfectly, and she took the time to walk us through everything before leaving. Her customer service and communication were excellent. Highly recommend Kaleigh for any Gemstone Lights install!
I highly recommend Kraun Electric! I called this morning regarding an issue I was having and had someone at my door before noon. Ludwig was friendly and helpful. He was able to diagnose my problem and offer advice. He answered my questions and assisted me in restoring power to my devices. It is refreshing to have such wonderful customer service from start to finish- from the receptionist who took my phone call to the completion of the work. I couldn’t be happier with this company!
Contacted Kraun about some electrical issues. Derek explained everything and recommended the best options, professional, friendly and honest. I went ahead with the panel upgrade and other upgrades. Very pleased with the work that was done. Derek , Steve and Ludwig did a great job. Highly recommended.
Kraun sent out Ludwig to our place. He was great at answering all my questions and providing practical solutions for what I needed.
