Absolutely woeful after-sales warranty service. We are still waiting for a damaged cupboard door replacement two and a half years after we made the purchase of our brand new caravan. Other warranty issues were completed eventually but it was Iike pulling hen’s teeth trying to get them done. Was it inefficiency or did the company wilfully make it almost impossible to get these issues fixed? Who knows but it has been a nightmare.
