Kratzer's became my new pharmacy home when my previous longtime pharmacy suddenly closed. I feel like i hit the jackpot. This pharmacy is superb and so are its employees. Everyone I've spoken with at Kratzer's has been kind and professional. They have a text system to notify when your scripts are ready. It even says how much you owe which is extremely convenient! It's nice to receive texts instead of calls. They also have a drive thru so you don't even have to get out of your car. And there are stray cats behind the building... read more
Kratzers is the best!!! They fill scripts in timely fashion. They care about their customers/patients. They answer questions with honest answers. Go out of their way to help. Switching from Kroger after years of frustration was the best thing I ever did for my health.
