I have been coming here for almost 4 years for allergy shots and my allergies are so much worse than when I started. Specifically, the allergies I’ve been getting shots for. These are not new allergies I’m experiencing. I have seen Dr Kratz and Dr Maddie. Dr Kratz gave up quickly on trying to figure out what was happening to my body after telling me that he would help me figure it out. Great place. Great doctor very thorough.
Two years of shots and still have all the allergies. Disappointed and exhausted from it all. Making appointments is very difficult as well. I’m noticing a lot of places expect you to pull kids out of school for appointments. That just doesn’t work in Pasco. If you pull your kids out you get nasty grams from schools or the county. They should have more days for shots (not just 2) or late hours on those days or stop taking on so many new patients.
