Two years of shots and still have all the allergies. Disappointed and exhausted from it all. Making appointments is very difficult as well. I’m noticing a lot of places expect you to pull kids out of school for appointments. That just doesn’t work in Pasco. If you pull your kids out you get nasty grams from schools or the county. They should have more days for shots (not just 2) or late hours on those days or stop taking on so many new patients.
Useless. Two years of shots and still have all the allergies. Waste of so much time and so much money.
Great doctor, wounder staff. Parking is a little hard and feels a little awkward as an adult walking into a pediatric surgery center but 10/10 to Kratz and his staff! Also they are LGBTQ+ friendly so please please please don't suffer with your asthma or heath. They are safe for everyone!
Everyone from reception to Dr Kratz himself is super nice and helpful. Had absolutely no wait to be seen which is rare. Didn't feel rushed, the office has modern technology, and I felt like they actually care about my kids. Had a great experience.
