I have seen Dr.Kratt for years. He has been a fantastic doctor. I am having asthma issues, was told I cannot be seen by him for OVER A MONTH. When I asked "what do patients like me do who are sick" and the very rude woman on the phone cut me off and told me to go to urgent care. very sad, but I will be finding a new PCP.
