Excellent small-group, customized circuit training! Combines the benefits of group instruction (good peer pressure, accountability) with Geoffrey’s personalization (individual form cues, weight changes, and modifications). Can’t wait to go again!
Kratos is such a wonderful place to connect with a movement practice that fits your individual needs. I found this spot after searching for the right fit. Geoffrey’s way of supporting clients is unique, creative, and pushes you in just the right way. I am so grateful for all he has taught me. This place truly brought me back to life!

Where do I begin? I've been working out with Geoffrey for about 9 months at Kratos Studios located in Salem, Nh. I was new to the area and, although exercise was part of my routine, I've never joined a gym. I love Kratos!! I really enjoy the workouts as much as I enjoy complaining while I’m doing them - I have so much fun here and have enjoyed getting to know Geoffrey and the other gym members. Geoffrey is so nice, so motivating and so accommodating to each person as an individual! Been consistently working out here in the mornings here for 8 months and I have gained a lot of strength and feel great. I wouldn’t push myself like this working out on my own.
