I will never recommend this company to anyone. I had a horrible experience and received NO assistance from their customer support team during my move. The only reason they’re receiving ONE star is because the moving team that was dispatched to our residence worked so hard despite receiving no support from the company. Review KRATOS FIVE stars is for the excellent work and effort put out by the four young men who were responsible for packing and loading, and unloading and bringing my things into my home at destination. RITIK and MERSAL at the Barrie end of my move, carefully protected, packed and loaded everything that was in my very tiny apartment on the Barrie end of the move. The team was absolutely amazing. Everyone was high spirits during the entire big day-start to finish. They put in many hours and never faltered. They handled things with precision, attention to detail and care; they are absolute beasts! Their kindness and professionalism is unmatched. Outside of not being very punctual, the service was great. I had sold in item in London & the purchaser was from Amhersburgh who hired Kratos. The individuals that showed up were very respectful and friendly. Javidan & Afsun were great to deal with.
I had an excellent experience with this moving company. Sam and Sadullah worked efficiently from start to finish. They handled all of my belongings with great care and were very organized throughout the process. What really stood out was how professional, friendly, and attentive they were they made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. Everything was moved safely and quicker than I expected. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking movers!
