I will never recommend this company to anyone. I had a horrible experience and received NO assistance from their customer support team during my move. The only reason they’re receiving ONE star is because the moving team that was dispatched to our residence worked so hard despite receiving no support from the company. Review KRATOS FIVE stars is for the excellent work and effort put out by the four young men who were responsible for packing and loading, and unloading and bringing my things into my home at destination. RITIK and MERSAL at the Barrie end of my move, carefully protected, packed and loaded everything that was in my very tiny apartment on the Barrie end of the move. Outside of not being very punctual, the service was great. I had sold in item in London & the purchaser was from Amhersburgh who hired Kratos. The individuals that showed up were very respectful and friendly. Javidan & Afsun were great to deal with.
Mahmut and Deniz were really helpful and efficient. They helped with the moving from storage to my house and made moving less stressful for me Highly recommend
Fantastic experience with my cross-provincial move so far! The guys were very punctual, efficient and extremely helpful; this is a big move for us and they made me feel good about it 💚
