Great gym, friendly staff, and high quality (and clean) equipment!
I’ve been coming to this gym for almost two months now and I’m super impressed. I picked Kratos because I enjoy classes and their classes are top notch. I’m always going to the evening sessions and the trainers are super nice and helpful and everyone in each class give been to is always encouraging. I’ve been to a few other gyms in Lynchburg and honestly Kratos is top notch. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, structured gym with a variety of classes!
Not a space for new people. I booked a class at 9:30, arrived around 9:10-915, most gyms I’ve been to ask you come a little early if you’re a new member. I walk in and no one greets me, i sit down and wait. There was one person on their laptop and they just looked up and smiled at me, there was someone behind the counter who looked at me and didn’t say anything when i walked in. The instructors are great. As someone who was very intimidated at the idea of going to a gym, I felt supported.
Such an amazing gym, has the best atmosphere and all of the trainers are amazing!
